There’s something special about making dinner together. For groups staying at Shimonanosato, we offer a hands-on pizza experience using our outdoor wood-fired oven.

We prepare the dough fresh from scratch before your arrival, along with our own tomato sauce and a selection of toppings. Guests stretch and shape the dough, add sauce and toppings, and bake their pizzas in the wood-fired oven. A fresh salad is served alongside the pizzas to make this a complete shared meal.

Our staff is there throughout the experience to help with shaping, topping, and baking, so no pizza-making experience is necessary.

Each set includes enough dough for approximately 2 medium-sized pizzas. The number of pizzas guests make may vary depending on how they divide and shape the dough.

The pizza experience can be added when you make your stay reservation.
